FAQ

The firmware installed in our data loggers forms part of the instrument. It is designed to be compatible with the sensors and functions included at the time of the sale. It may not be possible to update your firmware but if we determine it is possible, it would be a chargeable upgrade – just as if we were installing new sensors.  The original “Windows” software is being maintained for the time being and can be download from our website.
